Refund policy

 

We hope you love your items, but we understand that things don’t always work out. We are happy to accept returns for regular priced items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Items must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund.

 

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

There are no restocking fees. 

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, you can do so via the link in your delivery confirmation e-mail or contact us directly at info@foodietot.com.

 

Once your return is authorized, we will e-mail you shipping instructions along with the return shipping label.

 

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
